Delivered a state-of-the-art office and commercial workshop for Forde Investments, overseeing the entire lifecycle from design through to construction.
The project incorporated precast panels, structural steel, and sophisticated internal systems.
CHALLENGES & ACHIEVEMENTS
The client approached us when obtaining a Development Approval was challenging. Serendia quickly assembled a team of designers and town planner to map a path forward that enabled a successful DA approval. Serendia then designed and constructed the buildings.
Despite the logistical challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Serendia met tight timelines, allowing the client to commence operations promptly. Innovative procurement strategies, including sourcing local materials, mitigated global supply chain disruptions, further demonstrating our agility and resilience.
