Scope of Work
Construction of a beautiful residence that was in excess of 700 square metres in extent, and a 150 square metre garage and shed. The home consisted of expansive living areas and large bedrooms with windows looking out on to the vast acreage. SERENDIA were engaged at the design stage and assisted the clients through the NSW Development Approval process.
Challenges & Achievements
We were engaged from the concept stage and helped manage the approvals through the local Council. The greatest challenge was ensuring that the home was completed in time for the owners to move in. Despite significant time lost in approvals and inclement weather, the date was achieved.
