Scope of Work
Design and construction of a new dual occupancy with a 2-story 4-bedroom residence and a single-storey residence.
Challenges & Achievements
The client had a clear vision for their home but were unsure how to bring it to life. We worked closely with them to refine the design and maximise natural light while ensuring energy efficiency. A key challenge was managing construction around a narrow site with difficult access. Despite this, we delivered on time and with minimal disruption to the neighbours.
