Scope of Work
Design and construction of a new café within the atrium. Demolition of the existing café & finishes in the atrium.
Challenges & Achievements
With the Certifier, we rationalised the original fire wall (fire separation design) to eliminate fire walls, and therefore dampers. This in turn will save on WOL costs.
