Scope of Work
Fitout of the Ground Floor wet areas from warm shell, which included Accessible toilets and ambulant toilets, lockers and high-end finishes.
Challenges & Achievements
The concept design was not feasible due to the existing structural beams. SERENDIA completed detailed investigations, and provided the client with an updated design that provided the same amenity without costly structural modifications.
