SCOPE OF WORK
The project consisted of fire safety compliance rectification Works of five buildings and systems at HMAS Harman, including new / additional smoke detectors, building occupant warning systems, fire hose reel coverage, emergency lighting, speakers, exit signage, replace doors, door hardware and closers with compliant products.
CHALLENGES & ACHIEVEMENTS
Serendia were able to overcome access delays and keep the project on time to achieve milestones planned for the works, and effectively coordinate the trades on site ensuring the base remained operational and unaffected due to the works.
