SERENDIA were engaged by the new purchasers of the property, wanting to complete a significant extension, which included a new kitchen, butler's pantry new master suite, garage and dining area.
Challenges & Achievements
The client came to us having heard about us from their neighbours. The extension was extensive, and complex due to the structural works. We proposed multiple ways to save on costs. Also, the project was completed 4 weeks ahead.
