Scope of Work
Design and construction of a new dual occupancy with a 2-story 4-bedroom residence and a single-storey 3-bedroom residence. Built in an affluent suburb of Canberra, the residences consisted of quality finishes and detailing and elegant landscaping.
Challenges & Achievements
The client needed a dual-occupancy build. Space constraints meant we had to get creative with the layout to ensure both dwellings felt spacious and functional. With efficient project management and smart design solutions, we delivered a home that met their needs and added significant value to the property.
